My solution will totally solve this problem because the npt bushing that I am making on my cnc lathe is hardened steel. where this bushing really shines is with carbon filled filament like petg-cf.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e*NOTE- the mmu3 community edition filament dispenser was originally designed for the filament to be wrapped around the dispenser spool 2x (the one in the baffle), this is a rather poorly documented requirement whether or not the printer is upgraded with my hardware.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eOnce the printer is upgraded with the bushings the weakest link in the chain becomes the steel grab wheel before the superfinda and divot will subsequently be cut into the filament triggering an error in the unloading of the filament or the mmu filament change in multi material prints. After I started the practice of wrapping the filament around the spool in the baffle two times the divot problem goes away...as shown in the pictures of the description of my product.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eInstallation is simple, drill to a .250in hole using the printed hole as a guide (be carefull to predrill with a slightly smaller drill first and not to drill too deep).
